As the Lead Teacher at LadyBug Academy, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing, organized, and dynamic learning environment for young children. You will be responsible for supervising and guiding children through developmentally appropriate activities, designing lesson plans inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, and ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and stimulating space.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will train and mentor assistant teachers, maintain open communication with parents using Brightwheel software, and actively participate in all aspects of classroom management.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a CDA or a degree in early childhood education or a related field, and demonstrate a commitment to fostering educational milestones in a collaborative and caring environment.
As an Assistant Teacher at LadyBug Academy, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, organized, and safe learning environment for young children. Your role will involve assisting in classroom management, preparing lesson plans based on the Reggio Emilia philosophy, and helping to design and maintain an engaging and clutter-free space that promotes children's educational milestones.
You will actively participate in all aspects of classroom activities, provide feedback to parents using Brightwheel software, and ensure the health and safety of the children under your care.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and bring at least six months of teaching experience. This position requires a collaborative spirit, a commitment to ongoing professional development, and a passion for early childhood education.
